Who we are

Nedvantage is operated by Nedeljko Lužija, based in Zagreb, Croatia. For anything related to your data, contact ned@nedvantage.com. We are the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect

When you request a sample briefing or subscribe, we collect your email address and the competitor names or websites you provide. Our website also collects aggregate, cookie-free usage statistics (such as page views and referrers) that do not identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your email to send the sample briefing you requested and, if you subscribe, your weekly briefings. We may also send occasional emails about Nedvantage: product updates, new features, and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all marketing immediately. We use the competitor names you provide solely to produce your briefings, and we monitor public sources only.

Legal basis

We process your data to deliver what you asked for (performance of a contract), and we send Nedvantage-related updates to people who requested a sample or subscribed based on legitimate interest, with an easy way out in every email. Where consent is required, we ask for it.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use service providers to host our website, store data, and deliver email, and they process data only on our instructions.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you ask us to delete it, we will.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, or ask for your data in a portable format. Email ned@nedvantage.com and we will handle it. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; in Croatia that is AZOP (Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency).

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
